Who We Are
Dr. Yunus Ali Khan Foundation focuses on improving the Health and Education of economically challenged people in Bangladesh.
This foundation was established in 2020 to carry out the legacy of Dr. Yunus Ali Khan and his dreams of building an institute that provides medical and educational support to people even in his absence.
What We Do
Dr. Yunus Ali Khan Foundation works in the health, education, and cultural sectors through various programs. These programs also aid in improving the economic conditions of people.
Dr. Yunus Ali Khan Memorial Hospital: Provides affordable and reliable health care support for everyone, ensuring reduced service fees for freedom fighter, students, educators, and the financially challenged. Also runs free medical camps throughout the year.
Dr. Yunus Education Scholarship: Provides monthly financial support to students throughout their high school education. Currently 20 students are receiving this scholarship.
Dr. Yunus-Hasna Hena Health Aid: Each year we provide monetary aid for the treatment of selected patients with critical diseases. So far, two cancer patients and two with other clinical issues have received this aid.
Jatra Ekattor Research Scholarship: Each year we accept proposals from those who are interested in pursuing a year-round project involving the research and documentation of Bengali culture and/or the history of our liberation war, particularly emphasizing local regions.
